And you or the business you represent (collectively, “you” and “we”). The terms of service offered by WrkPlan Technologies India (P) Ltd at the website www.wrkplan.in under the trade mark name wrkplan (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) are governed by this agreement.
You expressly accept the terms of service outlined in this agreement below by using our services.
Trademark
The WrkPlan name and logo are registered trademarks of WrkPlan Technologies India (P) Ltd. You may only use this trademark with prior written consent from WrkPlan Technologies.

On the website www.wrkplan.in, WrkPlan Technologies India (P) Ltd. Provides many services. Internet browsers that are supported by these services can be used to access these services online. Enterprise resource planning (ERP), project management, human resource management (HRMS), accounting, inventory management, sales, and customer support modules, as well as warehouse and manufacturing-related modules, are some of the services offered. Future additions or deletions of additional service modules are subject to WrkPlan Technologies discretion.
The services mentioned above are available for both personal and professional use. To utilize these services, you must first register for an account on the www.wrkplan.in website. You may choose to use one or more modules made available through these services, but it’s important to note that any module you select will be subject to the terms outlined in the agreement.
Agreement to the Terms
To accept the terms of this agreement, you must be of legal age. By checking the box next to the button that says “I accept the terms,” you can declare your agreement to the terms. Furthermore, by using the services, you formally accept the terms of this agreement.
Consumer Account
You must register and set up a user account to access the services provided by www.wrkplan.in. You consent to give true information about yourself and your company during the user sign-up process. Your email address will be used to send you account access information like passwords as well as to verify your identity and establish your account. You consent to offer a true email address that will support account verification.
To use the services at www.wrkplan.in, each user must create a unique user account.
Payments and Fees
You will be charged by WrkPlan Technologies for any services you use on www.wrkplan.in. On www.wrkplan.in, the prices for these services are made available. You consent to make credit card payments once you sign up for our services and decide to purchase them. You must provide information about a legitimate credit card that you intend to use to pay for WrkPlan Technologies.
When you sign up for our software as a service (SaaS), you can choose the payment option that suits you best. Depending on the features you select, you may be charged every six months or once a year for the services provided. Your billing cycle begins on the day you sign up, and you are expected to make regular payments according to the plan you choose. Your credit card will be automatically charged based on your payment schedule.

Refund Procedure
Our services are non-refundable, even if you stop using them before the end of your billing cycle.
Maintenance Plans
Every Sunday between 10:00 am and 06:00 pm (IND, IST), the services offered at www.wrkplan.in will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
Suitable Use
By using our services, you agree to use them reasonably for either personal or business purposes. Please note that you are not allowed to transfer your use of our services to another person or entity, unless you have obtained written consent from WrkPlan Technologies. You are also not permitted to resell our services to other customers without obtaining prior written consent from WrkPlan Technologies. Additionally, offering additional services on top of our services is only allowed with our prior written consent. Finally, please be aware that you may not post links to third-party websites if you have not consented to our terms and conditions.
Spam and Unlawful Activity
You agree not to violate others’ intellectual property rights, spam, or phish on WrkPlan. You may not create or upload harmful, abusive, obscene, or racist content. We may cancel your account and deny access to services if we suspect any illegal activity.
Privacy and Personal Information
See our privacy policy at www.wrkplan.in for info on how we treat your data. Keep your account access info confidential. We are not responsible for any data exposure or monetary losses resulting from stolen or lost account access info.
Program in Beta
WrkPlan Technologies may offer certain services through a beta program to test the market and gather feedback. We have the discretion to decide the nature and duration of these programs. The beta service may be changed to a regular commercial service at any time. We are not responsible for any harm or financial loss resulting from discontinuing the beta program service if we choose not to turn it into a regular commercial service.
Communications Regarding Your Account
You’ll receive regular account updates and optional service info from WrkPlan Technologies via email. Mandatory communications regarding your account cannot be opted out of.
Data Management
You own any content you create, upload, or edit on our website. We may transmit, store, retrieve, archive, or back up your data to keep our website running.
Copyright
You agree to refrain from violating any copyrights, including posting other people’s content without getting their written consent, citing sources without giving proper credit, uploading files without the owners’ consent, and disclosing private information like credit card numbers, passwords, and personal profiles of other people. WrkPlan Technologies reserves the right to suspend the user account and access to the services in the event of a copyright violation.
Refusal of Warranties
Please note that you use www.wrkplan.in services at your own risk, as they are provided “as is.” WrkPlan Technologies doesn’t guarantee the continuity or interruption of our services. We also don’t offer any warranties against any harm caused to your device while downloading content from www.wrkplan.in.
Restrictions on Liability
Our services may result in losses, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from the prolonged unavailability of our services. In such cases, you may stop using our services, and our maximum liability will be limited to the fees you have paid.
Indemnification
You agree to protect and compensate WrkPlan Technologies, its officers, directors, and employees from any losses or damages resulting from claims that you have violated the rights of a third party while using the services.
Changes to the Terms of Service
